You can borrow: 20 documents in all formats (books, maps, magazines, DVDs, etc.)
Except in the special cases described below, documents may be extended for the same length of time as the initial loan. Loan extensions are possible only once, except for USMB staff, lecturers, teachers or researchers, who may benefit from two extensions. It starts from the date on which it is carried out (and not from the initial expiry date).
Certain documents in high demand are excluded from lending or are on "restricted loan". Documents on "restricted loan" may be borrowed for 14 non-renewable days.
The loan of reserved or overdue documents cannot be extended.
Each user can reserve 10 documents at any one site. When a reserved document becomes available, the user receives an e-mail notification. They then have 5 working days to collect it.
