How do I get started? Follow the instructions!
 
Group work rooms and cubicles are available to USMB students and teaching staff, as well as to external users who are up to date with their registration. They are primarily intended for students studying at the USMB.
  • 2 hours maximum per day.
  • Respect room capacity indications.
  • Equipment (except booths): 1 interactive touch screen + 1 whiteboard and/or flipchart.
  • Felt-tips, brush, stylus, cable to borrow from reception (in exchange for student card, library card or ID)
  • Please turn off the screen and lights, erase the whiteboard and leave the room in a clean and tidy condition.

 BU reserves the right to cancel reservations in the event of delays of more than 15 minutes or failure to comply with the above rules.

Rooms

  • BU Annecy : 1 cabin (1 to 2 places), 5 rooms from 4 to 10 places
  • BU Bourget: 1 cabin (1 to 2 places), 3 rooms of 6 places + 1 room of 16 places in free access
  • BU Jacob: 2 cabins with 1-2 berths, 4 cabins with 2-4 berths, 1 cabin with 3-6 berths


The academics rooms (BU Annecy and Bourget) can be booked by teachers/staff for courses based on the use of BU collections or for a specific project.
The map library can be booked by teachers for tutorials involving the use of maps.
For registered external users, in some BUs, access to the work rooms may be restricted to low-use periods (ask at reception).
