Rules of the game
How do you do it? Follow the instructions!
Group study rooms and cubicles are available to all registered students. They are primarily intended for USMB students.
- A maximum of 2 hours per day.
- Respect the capacity of the rooms.
- Equipment (except booths): 1 interactive touchscreen + 1 whiteboard and/or flipchart.
- Markers, brush, stylus, cable available to borrow at reception (in exchange for your student card or library card)
- Turn off the screen and lights, and erase the whiteboard. Leave the room in perfect condition.
The university libraries reserve the right to cancel reservations in the event of a delay of more than 15 minutes or failure to comply with the above rules.
Rooms
- Annecy University Library: 1 booth (seats 1 to 2), 5 rooms seating 4 to 10 people
- BU Bourget: 1 cabin (1 to 2 seats), 3 rooms with 6 seats
- BU Jacob: 1 cabin (1 to 2 people), 4 cabins (2 to 4 people), 2 carrels (1 to 2 people)
Training rooms (Annecy and Bourget university libraries) can be reserved by teachers/staff for courses based on the use of university library collections or for one-off requests for a single time slot.
The map library can be reserved by teachers for tutorials, primarily for use with maps.
For registered external users, access to study rooms in certain university libraries may be restricted to periods of low attendance (please inquire at the reception desk).
