Use the form (Annecy and Bourget)
BU Jacob : the reservation of the cabins is done on the spot.
Rules of the game:
- 2 hours maximum per day
- Reservation cancelled if more than 15 minutes late
- 1 whiteboard and/or 1 flip chart and 1 interactive touch screen. Pens/brushes, stylus to be picked up at the reception desk in exchange for your student card or ID.
- the reservation is only accessible to USMB students
Rooms:
- BU Annecy : 1 cabin (1 to 2 places), 5 rooms from 4 to 10 places
- BU Bourget : 1 cabin (1 to 2 places), 3 rooms of 6 places (reservations from 3 persons) + 1 room of 16 places in free access
- BU Jacob : 2 cabins of 1 to 2 places, 4 cabins of 2 to 4 places, 1 cabin of 3 to 6 places
- A 20-seat room can be reserved on a project basis in Annecy and Le Bourget (criteria: use of the BU's collections or equipment, 1 slot per day, large group). Tell us about your project!
