Université Savoie Mont Blanc processes connection logs in order to manage access to electronic resources and for statistical purposes.

The legal basis for this processing is the public interest mission (research and academics).

The data collected is accessible only to authorized personnel of the University, as well as to the subcontractor in charge of access, who keeps it for 45 days, in pseudonymized form.

They are kept by the USMB according to the legal retention period for logs (one year), and are processed anonymously for statistical purposes.

You have the right to access the data concerning you. To exercise this right or for any question about the processing of your data in this system, you can contact question-bu@univ-smb.fr
You can also contact the data protection officer: dpo@grenet.fr

If, after having contacted us, you believe that your "Data Protection" rights have not been respected, you may submit a complaint to the CNIL.
