CESSDA DATA CATALOG (CDC)

The CDC is a data discovery portal. Detailed descriptions of the data sets are provided.

It contains descriptions (metadata) of over 30,000 data collections held by CESSDA Service Providers (SPs), representing 20 European countries. It is a one-stop shop for searching and finding data, providing efficient access to European social science data. The data described are varied. It may be quantitative, qualitative or mixed-mode, cross-sectional or longitudinal, recently collected or historical.

It provides large-scale, integrated and sustainable data services to the social sciences and brings together social science data archives across Europe, with the aim of promoting the results of social science research and supporting national and international research and cooperation.
