DMP OPIDoR is a tool for the online creation of Data Management Plans (DMPs) for Higher Education and Research. It is hosted and managed by Inist-CNRS. Based on the DMPRoadmap open source code, it has been adapted to the needs of the French scientific community.

It enables researchers and their partners to anticipate the management of data produced and/or reused, and facilitates the drafting of a DMP, as well as input and interaction with the departments involved in data management.
