FAIRsharing is a Web portal providing access to three interconnected directories:
- A catalog of databases, described according to BioDBcore guidelines, as well as the standards used in these databases;
- Norms and standards from various sources, including BioPortal, MIBBI and Equator Network;
- A catalog of data preservation, management and sharing policies from international funding agencies, companies and scientific journals.
FAIRsharing also offers collections that group together one or more resource types (standard, database or policy) by field, project or organization. Recommendations can be selected, each being a set of core resources that are selected or approved by the data policies of journals, funders or other organizations.
