Meteo Data Gouv is a platform that centralizes and structures public data relating to weather and climate.

This platform is intended for data reusers seeking raw data that can be downloaded and used freely and free of charge, whether they are from government, the private sector, or civil society.

The data already available on the platform are:

-Basic climate data: climate data from all French stations since their opening, for all available parameters.

-Reference climate data for climate change: data recommended by Météo-France for conducting climate assessments and studies.

The platform will then be gradually enriched with new data during 2024, notably with the addition of a bulk download of data packages from the ARPEGE and AROME numerical weather prediction models.

New features facilitating the sorting and access of hosted data will also be offered to simplify the use of this data.
