SEANOE (SEA scieNtific Open data Edition) is a solution for publishing marine scientific data.

It allows researchers to publish a dataset, either openly or with an embargo of up to two years, and to cite it reliably and permanently thanks tothe assignment of a DOI (Digital Object Identifier). Reuse of the data is subject to a Creative Commons license.
