A public school, funded by the state

Polytech Annecy-Chambéry is a public engineering school. The actual cost of the program, estimated at over €12,000 per year, is covered by the government. Students therefore only pay the entrance exam fees, university registration fees, and the Student and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC), as detailed below.

The Student and Campus Contribution

The Student and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC) helps fund a wide range of initiatives to improve student life.

Every student enrolled in initial training at a higher education institution must obtain, prior to enrollment, proof of payment or exemption from the CVEC (contribution for the education of young people). The cost and procedure are detailed on the CVEC website.
