USMB's Student Health Service (SSE) and Sports Service (SDS) offer you a range of activities to help you stay zen all year round, including Wellness workshops. Yoga, sophrology, animal mediation, gentle muscle strengthening and even chess: the choice is yours! Funded by the CVEC, these workshops are open to all USMB students and IFSI students from Chambéry and Annecy.
Please note: registration is open until 12pm the day before the workshop. A video link will be sent to you by e-mail the day before the session.
Yoga is the practice of postures combined with breathing to balance and harmonize body and mind. This sport helps you gain flexibility and strengthens muscles and joints. With yoga, you can manage your stress, learn to relax and build your self-confidence! It's a great way to release the stress accumulated during the academic year!
