BOOST Workshop: "Becoming a student" - 1st year at university
The transition from high school to university can sometimes be complicated. New environment, new organization, new points of reference... it's not easy to find your way around! Fortunately, SUIO-IP's Pôle Réussite is here to help you get to grips with university life right from the start of the academic year.
To help you get to grips with the novelty of the 1st year of undergraduate studies and your arrival at university, the Accompagnateurs à la Réussite Étudiante (ARE) offer you the "becoming a student" videoconference workshop. We'll explain the particularities of university to you, and give you the keys to getting your bearings easily and starting the year serenely.
HOW TO GET INVOLVED
The workshop is free and open to all 1st year university students . It is financed by the Contribution à la Vie Étudiante et de Campus (CVEC).
The workshop will take place on Monday, September 4, 2023, from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., on Zoom, and will be led by Athena Coaching, a qualified coach and trainer.
Each workshop is limited to 12 people, to guarantee quality exchanges with the speaker. You just need to register (compulsory).
Registration closes on Friday, September 1.don't delay in registering!
YEAR-ROUND WORKSHOPS
Other workshops are offered throughout the year (improving concentration, perfecting organization for revision, gaining fluency in oral expression, boosting self-confidence, improving note-taking, etc.). Don't hesitate to consult the student agenda to find the one that's right for you!
