Some people experience a loss of control over their lives, social isolation, anxiety and depression. The CBSM(Cognitive-Behavioral Stress Management) program, created some ten years ago, is one of the various alternatives for managing stress. It provides information on stress, its impact on chronic illnesses, the psychological reactions it can provoke, and suggests various coping strategies.
