The Sports Department offers you a course to prepare you for mountain trekking for beginners and initiated over two days, Wednesday May 1 and Saturday May 4.
A perfect opportunity to understand and master the elements of route planning, and to adopt group progression and safety techniques.
The two-day event will feature a hike with various workshops on orientation, safety, mutual aid and rope techniques.
And, one day of group hiking following an itinerary prepared by you as a group, with meeting points and situations adapted to the terrain. Both days will take place in the Bauges and/or Chartreuse mountain ranges.
Rendezvous on May 01 on the Jacob Bellecombette campus at 9:00 am - Return around 18h
