Conference "The benefits of gardening for mental health" and launch of the "Jardin Bien-Être" project - Campus Jacob

October 5, 2023 / 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Is gardening good for your mental well-being? Well, yes: sowing, planting, watering - it's good for your morale! Whether it's planting a few flowers in tubs on your balcony or devoting an entire garden plot to it, gardening can bring a sense of peace and joy and help improve your general well-being by letting your creativity do the talking.

This year, the Student Health Service is embarking on an adventure on the Jacob campus with... YOU!
In collaboration with theassociation "Les petites Bulles vertes", we invite you to think about the creation of the future "Jardin bien-être" on campus. Come and find out about the health benefits of gardening, and share your ideas at the conference on October 5. Meet at 5.30pm in amphi 19000, bât. 19.

Following this conference, 3 meetings will be organized before the end of December to co-construct the project. Then, throughout 2024, workshops around the garden will be led by the association "Les petites bulles vertes". We're counting on you to help create the future shared campus garden!
This project is funded by the CVEC.
