Chambéry Spanish and Latin American Film Fortnight - 30th edition

FreeThe 30th edition of Chambéry's Spanish and Latin American Film Fortnight will take place from March 13 to 26, 2024, at the Astrée cinema. 25 films and documentaries will be shown, with 8 previews, and 7 guests.
The renewed ambition of this event is to offer the public a recent panorama of cinematography from Spain and the three Americas, not forgetting heritage works. This year, the focus is on Argentina, represented by 9 titles and a variety of works to showcase the diversity and dynamism of its talent.
Université Savoie Mont Blanc Blanc is taking part with the valuable insights of its speakers, who will introduce two films:
- The film " La caza" (the hunt)on Saturday March 23, at 5pm, will be introduced by Pierre-Laurent Savouret, PhD in Hispanic Studies at the Laboratoire Langages, Littératures, Sociétés, Etudes Transfrontalières et Internationales (LLSETI).
- The film " La dignidad de los nadies (the dignity of the people) ", to be shown on Monday March 25 at 6:15 pm, will be introduced by Martin Lombardo, lecturer at the Laboratoire Langages, Littératures, Sociétés, Etudes Transfrontalières et Internationales (LLSETI).
