From September to November, the Service Vie Étudiante et de Campus (SVEC) organizes the "Ateliers Vie Associative": information and exchange sessions open to all, in the form of workshops, to help you set up and run your association, from communication to event organization. Thanks to these workshops, setting up and running an association will no longer hold any secrets for you!
The workshops are free and open to all USMB students. They are financed by the Contribution à la Vie Étudiante et de Campus (CVEC).
Each workshop, led by SVEC animators, is limited to 20 people, to enable a real exchange with participants. Don't delay in registering!
Make sure you have all the keys to success! How do you draw up a communications plan? Which communication channels and media to use? How do you measure the impact of your communication actions? Discover the right reflexes for communicating about your event or association! The workshop will also be led by the USMB's student life communications officer. Meet on Wednesday November 15 from 5:30 to 6:30 pm in room 13206 of building 13 on the Jacob campus.
Not available on site? The workshop is also presented remotely on the Teams platform. Simply register by e-mail with SVEC and a link will be sent to you after registration.
