Weekend snowshoeing and overnight in an igloo - Campus Jacob

An unusual weekend of snowshoeing in the the Bauges is organized on February 17 and 18.
You'll learn orientation, safety and winter survival techniques.
You'll sleep in the igloo you've built.
The course is open to all students, regardless of their level of experience, but who are in sufficiently good physical condition to take part in a Level 1 hike: "I can walk for 3 hours at a time without tiring excessively, with a daily climb of between 400 m and 800 m".
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
- Departure from Jacob Bellecombette Campus at 8:30 am.
- Travel by minibus
- Price: €45 including accommodation, transport, supervision, equipment hire (snowshoes, poles, shovel)
