"Zugzwang - Circus

Thanks to its partnership with Bonlieu Scène Nationale (Annecy), the USMB can offer you free or discounted tickets to shows all year round! On Friday November 24 at 8.30pm, the university invites you to attend the circus show "Zugzwang".

Free places are available, reserved exclusively for USMB students and pupils from the Institut de academics en Soins Infirmiers (IFSI) in Chambéry and Annecy. Funded by the Contribution à la vie étudiante et de campus (CVEC).

ABOUT THE SHOW

In chess, "Zugzwang" is the move that the player in difficulty is forced to make. In an ever-changing setting, constantly on the brink of disaster, the slightest everyday gesture is an impossible feat: it's urgent to adapt! The walls are unreliable, the chairs soften, air holes are created, objects rebel and the set has caught the danse de Saint-Guy! The five acrobats engage in a frantic battle against catastrophe - a hilarious explosion of all logic - and stoically confront the most outlandish situations.
