Yoga/Pilate, sophrology, animal mediation, fitness-cardio and even chess: the choice is yours! Funded by the CVEC, these workshops are open to all USMB students and IFSI students from Chambéry and Annecy.

Please note: the number of places per session is limited, so don't delay in registering for the activities that interest you! Registration is open until 12 p.m. the day before the workshop.

Forest bath session

Originating in Japan, sylvotherapy (or forest bathing) refers to the practice of healing through contact with trees. An ancestral practice that forms part of naturopathy, it helps to prevent and rebalance the body at mental, emotional and physical levels. We invite you rdv Thursday March 28 at2pm at the Glaisins gymnasium and we'll join you in the nearby forest.

But how does it work in practice?
The Service de SantĂ© Étudiante (Student Health Service) has put together a series of short green trails near the campus. Guided by a guide from the "Arbres & Bains de forĂȘt" association, you'll walk in the heart of nature, between small wooded paths and luminous clears. Various workshops and games punctuate the route, making it both fun and relaxing. You can even hug the trees to receive their energy and, if you're lucky, catch a glimpse of a squirrel!

The aim: to reconnect with oneself in the same way as meditation. An ideal way to recharge your batteries in times of stress or overwork.
