Associative Life Workshop - "Creating, running and managing a student association" - Campus Bourget and Jacob

From September to November, the Service Vie Étudiante et de Campus (SVEC) organizes the "Ateliers Vie Associative": information and exchange sessions open to all, in the form of workshops, to help you set up and run your association, from communication to event organization. Thanks to these workshops, setting up and running an association will no longer hold any secrets for you!
The workshops are free and open to all USMB students. They are financed by the Contribution à la Vie Étudiante et de Campus (CVEC).
Each workshop, led by SVEC animators, is limited to 20 people, to enable a real exchange with participants. Don't delay in registering!
Workshop #1 - Setting up, running and managing a student association
Drawing up balance sheets, budget forecasts, financial reports... Are you struggling to get to grips with all these terms and reports? We'll show you how to handle financial tools with ease. RDV Wednesday September 27 from 5:30 to 6:30 pm on the Le Bourget campus, in room 102 of the University Library.
Not available on site? The workshop is also presented remotely on the Teams platform. Simply register by e-mail with SVEC and a link will be sent to you after registration.
