Université Savoie Mont Blanc invites you discover the secrets behind the comic strip "Elisa Salerno written by Enrico Zarpellón and illustrated by Alice Walczer Baldinazzo (ed. BeccoGiallo).
The subtitle (Feminist? Yes! Catholic? Also!), which could sound like an oxymoron, apparently finds embodiment in Elisa Salerno. Writer, journalist, theologian, thinker and activist, born in 1873 and living in Vicenza until her death in 1957, she devoted her life to the "holy cause of women", waging undoubtedly avant-garde battles.
