ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

The Covid-19 pandemic was particularly harmful to our physical and sporting activities. The confinement and closure of our places of practice have hypersedentarized some of us.
of us, leading directly to a loss of physical fitness, an increased risk of metabolic and cardiovascular diseases, and a drastic deterioration in our quality of life.
Couldn't physical activity prove to be an effective way of recovering physical capacities more quickly after suffering from Covid-19? Stays in intensive care are particularly deleterious for muscle tissue (muscle wasting) and physical fitness in general. Post-Covid-19 physical activity programs are currently being considered to facilitate/accelerate the recovery of initial physical skills, thus contributing to the treatment of patients. While physical activity is the first to suffer from the pandemic, it appears in many respects to be a possible remedy for the functional consequences of Covid-19.
