The lecture "Dreams: what neuroscience tells us", presented by Jean-Baptiste Eichenlaub, senior lecturer at the Laboratoire de Psychologie et NeuroCognition (LPNC), UFR Lettres, Langues et Sciences Humaines, will take place on Tuesday March 9, 2021 at 6:30pm at Archparc in Archamp.

About the conference

Little is known about dreams and how the brain produces them during sleep. Nevertheless, recent discoveries in neuroscience have led to a better understanding of how and why we dream. Behavioral and brain-imaging studies of dream content and neural correlates have highlighted the typical characteristics of dream narratives, their frequency and variability within the population and over time, and the brain structures and activities associated with their content.
