Campus en Fête 2018

March 21, 2018 12:00 am - march 23, 2018 23:00

On March 21, 22 and 23, 2018, the "Campus en Fête" Festival gets students moving atUniversité Savoie Mont Blanc (USMB)! This festival is the fruit of the collective work of students in the DUT Gestion Administrative et Commerciale des Organisations (GACO) at theIUT de Chambéry, and members of theGACO Crescendo association, started 8 years ago now. The festival has been going strong ever since, and every year gains in novelty, offering numerous free concerts and cultural events, on and off campus: Espace Vie Étudiante (EVE) on the Bourget-du-Lac campus at lunchtime; and in various venues in the city of Chambéry in the evening, such as the Quai des Arts, the B'Rock bar, or the O'Cardinal'S bar.

ON THE PROGRAM THIS YEAR

Every year, this eclectic festival brings together some 1,500 students and offers an impressive cultural diversity, from music to dance to the visual arts. This year, the program is up to the challenge!

Daily at 12 noon - EVE building

ENAAI fresco
Located at Technolac, ENAAI brings together students wishing to enter the world of the arts. Ever more motivated and "cre-active", the school's students are mobilized throughout the year to redecorate the city of Chambéry. For this new edition of the festival, the up-and-coming artists will be present over the three days of the festival, lunchtimes at the Espace Vie Étudiante, and will be creating a giant fresco in working progress!

Les Rallumeurs d'étoiles
"It's high time to light up the stars again...". This line by Apollinaire takes on its full meaning in these dark times, propitious to obscurantism of all kinds. To keep the light shining in our eyes and hearts, but also to fight against this dehumanizing society, our association "Les Rallumeurs d'étoiles" is taking you on a voyage of discovery of flying objects around the world... The association will be inviting all those who wish to participate to decorate a giant balloon ready to take to the skies... or not! They will be present at all 3 lunchtimes of the festival.

Wednesday, March 21

12pm - Concert by Mountain Mountain (Pop-Rock) - Bâtiment EVE

An epic oscillating between Dream Pop and psychedelic Rock, exploring the colors of emotions and the frontiers of dreams.
