On March 21, 22, and 23, 2018, the "Campus en Fête" Festival will get students at the University of Savoie Mont Blanc (USMB) moving! This festival is the result of a collective effort by students in the Administrative and Commercial Management of Organizations (GACO) program atthe Chambéry University Institute of Technology (IUT) and members ofthe GACO Crescendo association, which began eight years ago. The festival has been going strong ever since, with new additions every year, offering numerous free concerts and cultural events on and off campus: Espace Vie Étudiante (EVE) on the Bourget-du-Lac campus at lunchtime; and in various venues in the city of Chambéry in the evening, such as the Quai des Arts, the B'Rock bar, and the O'Cardinal'S bar.
ON THE PROGRAM THIS YEAR
This eclectic festival brings together nearly 1,500 students every year and offers an impressive cultural diversity, from music to dance to visual arts. This year's program is just as impressive!

The Star Rekindlers

Wednesday, March 21
12 p.m. – Mountain Mountain concert (Pop-Rock) – EVE Building
Mountain Mountain began with a chance encounter between two musicians on a train station platform. Nicolas and Sébastien discovered they shared the same musical tastes, a passion, and a common dream. This technicolor journey with powerful, soaring resonances is now enhanced by three new members from diverse backgrounds. The result of this musical collaboration? An epic journey oscillating between dream pop and psychedelic rock that explores the colors of emotions and the boundaries of dreaminess.
9 p.m. – Concert by KOS (Electro-Pop) – Quai des Arts (1 Place du Palais de Justice in Chambéry)
KØS is a boy and a girl, Johan and Juliette, who come straight from Lyon. The two Lyonnais have managed to create a unique and well-defined universe that transports us from the very first listen. The duo invites us on a journey, a mysterious journey through soft and captivating music.
Thursday, March 22
12 p.m. – Concert by ANAMI (acoustic duo) – EVE Building
Lucie and Emily, friends and musicians, have joined forces to bring ANAMI to life, a creative feminine impulse. They invite you to explore with them their fragilities, their fears, their convictions. With their vocal and instrumental tools, they offer you sensitive, intuitive, and sincere music.
9 p.m. – Concert by La clic: HOYZ – VCR – HUBBA – TYPØØ (Rap/Trap/Electro) – Bar B’Rok (157 Carré Curial in Chambéry)
Make way for the students of the GACO Music program in Chambéry! All four come from different backgrounds, but they’re coming together tonight to bring you an evening guaranteed to be full of good vibes.

Victor Yvetot, aka VCR, is a young artist from Grenoble who recently became a beatmaker, drawing inspiration from funk, electro, and chill music. His music draws you into a relaxed vibe that can simultaneously get you moving and make you want to dance.
