For the past 3 years, the Club des Entreprises de l ' Université Savoie Mont Blanc has been offering students in the IAE Savoie Mont Blanc' s Master 1 Management program a tutorial module on the theme of "helping people find employment". As part of this program, the Club des Entreprises de l ' Université Savoie Mont Blanc is organizing the 1st edition of "l'après-midi de l'insertion professionnelle".
4 HOURS TO TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR PROFESSIONAL INTEGRATION AND TAKE ACTION!
Each student will be offered an individual pathway to prepare effectively and concretely for his or her entry into the world of work. The program includes
- a "5 minutes to convince" conference
- a CV clinic to have your CV corrected live and benefit from personalized advice
- a fun "Prismo" workshop to identify and enhance your skills
- a "Pitch Simulator" to learn how to present yourself to a recruiter in 2 minutes
- an "In the Skin of a HRD" workshop to find out how a HRD decodes a CV and how to make your CV stand out from the crowd
- a "Recruiting in the digital age" workshop to master these new codes and techniques
- a "Brainstorming for better integration" collaborative workshop
- a chair yoga session to help you approach job interviews with confidence
- a workshop on international recruitment techniques
AN ACTION-BASED TUTORIAL MODULE
In addition to the "afternoon of professional integration", each student attends 10 hours of tutorials, during which they meet graduates and carry out various group actions that they can then use in a professional context.
The Club des Entreprises de l'Université Savoie Mont Blanc completes this innovative program with a "Toolbox", available to students to complement their personal work, thanks to educational content specifically adapted to the professional integration of students and recent graduates. This entertaining toolbox combines theory and practice to help you design your career plan, adapt your tools (CV and cover letter) and prepare effectively for interviews.
