October 11, 2018, 1:00 p.m. - October 11, 2018, 5:00 p.m.

For the past three years, the Savoie Mont Blanc University Business Clubhas been offering students enrolled in the Master's 1 Management program at IAE Savoie Mont Blanca tutorial module on the theme of "career integration support." As part ofthis initiative, the Savoie Mont Blanc University Business Clubis organizing the first edition of "Professional Integration Afternoon" this year.

4 HOURS TO TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR CAREER AND TAKE ACTION!

Each student will be offered an individualized program to prepare them effectively and practically for entering the workforce. The program includes:

  • a conference on the topic "5 minutes to convince"
  • a CV clinic where you can have your CV corrected in real time and receive personalized advice
  • a fun "Prismo" workshop to identify and enhance your skills
  • A "Pitch Simulator" to learn how to introduce yourself in two minutes to a recruiter
  • A workshop entitled "In the shoes of an HR manager" to learn how HR managers interpret resumes and how to make yours stand out from the crowd.
  • a workshop entitled "Recruitment in the digital age" to master these new codes and techniques
  • a collaborative workshop entitled "Brainstorming for better integration"
  • A chair yoga session to help you approach job interviews with confidence
  • a workshop on international recruitment techniques

AN ACTION-BASED TUTORIAL MODULE

In addition to the "professional integration afternoon," each student attends 10 hours of tutorials (TD) during which they meet graduates and carry out various group activities that they can then use to their advantage in a professional context.

The Savoie Mont Blanc University Business Clubcomplements this innovative program with a "Toolkit" made available to students to help them complete their personal work, thanks to educational content specifically tailored to the professional integration of students and recent graduates. This fun toolkit combines theory and practice to help students design their career plans, adapt their tools (resume and cover letter), and prepare effectively for interviews.
