The Centre Alpin de Recherche sur les Réseaux Trophiques des Écosystèmes Limniques (CARRTEL, INRA - Université Savoie Mont Blanc) is organizing, in partnership with the Lycée de la Versoie, the first "Aquathon" on the future of Lake Geneva on December 12, starting at 6:30pm at the Espace des Ursules in Thonon-les-Bains.
During this evening debate, co-hosted by scientists and Lycée de la Versoie students, citizens of all ages are invited to identify the key priorities for a sustainable future for Lake Geneva.
Topics proposed by high school students: Pollution (waste, phosphorus, etc.), biodiversity, climate change, uses (transport, drinking water, fishing), etc.
Book your evening and come and debate!
(Aquathon is a word combining aquatics + hacker + marathon + Thonon)
