For its5th online seminar, USMB's Alcotra FEAST project welcomes Sarah XUEREB, in charge of bicycle development and outdoor activities at Agence Agate-territoire, to talk to us about bicycle tourism. The FEAST virtual Lunch seminar - "Tourism by bike" will take place on Tuesday June 9 at 1:30 p.m. online, on the TEAMS platform.

ABOUT THE LUNCH SEMINAR

Given the current situation, cycling is more than ever promoted as a healthy, safe and fun way to get around. Bicycles are used for all kinds of purposes, from commuting to work, to touring, to half-day leisure activities.

But who are the tourist and leisure customers, and what are their specific needs? After a presentation of the key figures for cycle tourism, we'll look at Savoie's cycle tourism offer and the implementation of tools to qualify local players for a specialized welcome... for their cycle users.

Registration is free but compulsory, as the number of participants is limited: [register]

On the day, you'll receive a link to log in and take part in the seminar, with your camera and microphone switched off.
We recommend that you download the Microsoft TEAMS application or open the link on Google Chrome. You'll be able to ask questions in writing, which our moderators will read directly to the speaker.
