As part of Taste Week, theUniversité Savoie Mont Blanc preventive medicine department, in partnership with the "L'Atelier des chefs" association, is organizing a culinary show and tasting on Monday, October 9. It will take place from 9am to 4pm at the Espace Vie Étudiante (EVE), building 6, salle AGORA, on the Bourget-du-Lac campus.
A chef will prepare a hot recipe and a dessert for 200 tastings per recipe (free of charge). It's an opportunity to demonstrate that, with limited financial means, students can produce healthy and tasty dishes, since a balanced diet is essential for mental and physical health.
