As part of Taste Week, the Preventive Medicine Department at the University of Savoie Mont Blanc, in partnership with the association "L'Atelier des Chefs, " is organizing a cooking show with tastings on Monday, October 9. It will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Espace Vie Étudiante (EVE), building 6, AGORA room, on the Bourget-du-Lac campus.
A chef will prepare a hot dish and a dessert in front of the audience, following very strict specifications, with each recipe intended for 200 tastings (free of charge). This is an opportunity to demonstrate that, even with limited financial resources, students can prepare healthy and delicious meals, as a balanced diet is essential for mental and physical health.
