MEEF MASTER REGISTRATION

Right from the first year, the MEEF master's degree is very much geared towards teaching practice. It includes four to six weeks of observation and practice placements. Entrance examinations are held at the end of the 1st year.

In the second year, after validation of the 1st year (M1) MEEF and passing the competitive entrance examination, successful candidates become trainee civil servants and have :

  • an internship equivalent to half-time in front of pupils in a school, collège or lycée,
  • ESPE and/or university courses.

Validation of the Master's degree at the end of the2nd year (M2) is one of the conditions for tenure, as is a favorable opinion from the academic jury assessing the internship.

Université Savoie Mont Blanc, in partnership with the ESPE (École supérieure du professorat et de l'éducation) of the Grenoble academy and Grenoble Alpes University, prepares the following 3 specializations:

1st level to become a school teacher
2nd level to teach in middle and high schools, with 7 specific courses:

  • English
  • Modern literature
  • History-geography
  • Physical and chemical sciences
  • Physical education and sports
  • Mathematics

HOW TO APPLY AND REGISTER?

To apply for a 1st year MEEF master's degree

ATTENTION: 1st year masters applications due from February 26, 2024 to March 24, 2024

 

ATTENTION: Applications are reserved for first-time entrants to the M1 MEEF program - Students currently enrolled in the M1 MEEF program who do not wish to validate their year should not create an application on the platform. They will receive the necessary information following the results of session 2.

Applications under the academics continuous system are open to people in one or more of the following situations:

  • Employees in the public or private sector, self-employed, etc.
  • Jobseekers registered with Pôle Emploi, with a project validated by their advisor
  • People whose academics is paid for by a third party (OPCO, Transitions Pro, CPF, Skills Development Plan, etc.).
  • Those who receive an income from academics (salary, benefit, allowance, etc.), and who need to justify their presence at academics to a third party.
  • People entering university via the Validation des Acquis Personnels et Professionnels (VAPP) process - [concerns people who do not have the required diploma or title].
