Collecting your diploma

DIPLOMA WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE

• On site: bring your ID to the location where you wish to collect your diploma , during opening hours.
  

• • Pick-up by proxy: the person holding power of attorney must present the completed and signed proxy form, his or her ID and a photocopy of the prizewinner's ID.

• By post:
  • You live in France:
    • Application for diploma collection to be completed, printed and returned to the relevant diploma collection location. Enclose a photocopy of your identity document and a large cardboard envelope (A4 minimum), stamped to approx. 100 g and addressed to you.
  • If you live abroad:
    • Application for diploma collection to be completed, printed and returned to the relevant diploma collection location. Enclose a photocopy of your identity document and a large cardboard envelope (A4 minimum), stamped (international coupons) for 100g. Specify the city of the French consulate or embassy closest to your home. The cultural services of this institution will contact you to deliver your diploma, so please note your telephone number and e-mail address on the form.
