PROCEDURE FOR WITHDRAWING A DIPLOMA

• On site: by presenting yourself, with proof of identity , at the relevant diploma collection point during opening hours
  

• • Withdrawal by proxy is possible: the person with power of attorney must present themselves with the completed and signed power of attorney form, their ID, and a photocopy of the winner's ID.

• By mail:
  • You reside in France:
    • Diploma withdrawal request form to be completed, printed, and returned to the relevant diploma collection point. Please enclose a photocopy of your ID and a large cardboard envelope (minimum A4 size), stamped for approximately 100 g, and addressed to yourself.
  • You live abroad:
    • Diploma withdrawal request form to be completed, printed, and returned to the relevant diploma collection point. Please enclose a photocopy of your ID and a large cardboard envelope (minimum A4 size) with postage (international stamps) for 100 g. Specify the city of the French consulate or embassy closest to your home. The cultural services of this institution will contact you to arrange delivery of your diploma, so it is important to include your telephone number and email address on the form.
