PROCEDURE FOR COLLECTING A DIPLOMA

• In person: Please bring a valid ID and visit the designated diploma pickup location during business hours
  

• • Pickup by proxy is permitted: The person acting as proxy must present the completed and signed proxy form, their own identification, and a photocopy of the winner’s identification.

• By mail:
  • You reside in France:
    • Please complete, print, and return thisdiploma pickup request form to the designated pickup location. Include a photocopy of your ID and a large, sturdy envelope (A4 size or larger), stamped for approximately 100 grams, and addressed to your name and address.
  • If you live abroad:
    • Please complete, print, and return this diploma pickup request form to the appropriate diploma pickup location. Include a photocopy of your ID and a large, sturdy envelope (A4 size or larger) with postage paid (international stamps) for 100 g. Please specify the city of the French consulate or embassy closest to your home. The cultural services of that institution will contact you regarding the delivery of your diploma, which is why it is important to clearly write your phone number and email address on the form.
