The USMB is committed to continuously improving its operating methods and, more generally, to implementing a quality policy. This is an "ardent obligation." It must enable us to consolidate the results obtained in the fields of research and development as well as training, with the aim of better meeting the expectations of our stakeholders. Students and their families, staff, and external partners should be the primary beneficiaries. With a view to social responsibility, the approach also focuses on the ethical nature of the institution's activities in terms of environmental and social issues.
The commitment is based on three pillars:
- A process-based approach;
- The implementation of continuous improvement cycles;
- The implementation of an internal risk control methodology.
The USMB complies with the quality standards established within the European Higher Education Area and the resulting expectations of the High Council for Evaluation of Research and Higher Education (Hcéres). It recently obtained the European HRS4R (Human Resources Strategy for Researchers) label.
