The I PRO box

Because student success and the quality of their professional integration are at the heart of our concerns, the Office for Professional Integration, in collaboration with the Business Club, has set up BOX I PRO.

This is a catalog of workshops, lasting between 1.5 and 3 hours, which is intended to be rolled out across all university courses, from Bac+1 to Bac+8.

The workshops are divided into four categories:

  1. Knowing each other well
  2. Discover careers and professional environments
  3. Charting one's course
  4. Guidance and success

The workshops are selected by the training program's teaching team based on students' needs (finding an internship, getting to know themselves better, choosing their future studies, identifying their skills, pitching their project, etc.).

The workshops are mainly led by professionals from the business world (HR directors, business leaders, recruiters, managers, consultants, etc.) and by BAIP professional integration advisors.

Career paths of graduates

Every year, the USMB observatory surveys all graduates with a Bachelor of Science degree, professional bachelor's degree, master's degree, and engineering degree.

This study is being conducted as part of the national survey of graduates with bachelor's and master's degrees, led by the Directorate-General for Higher Education and Professional Integration (DGESIP).

The questionnaire asked them about their professional situation one and two years after graduation, their career path since leaving university, and their assessment of their current situation and their education.
