Maps and access to the campuses of the University of Savoie Mont Blanc

Savoie Mont Blanc University, 27 rue Marcoz 73000 CHAMBÉRY Cedex, as the data controller, collects your personal data through the video surveillance systems installed on the university campus.
The processing is justified by the university’s legitimate interest in preventing harm to property and persons.
In the context of disciplinary or legal proceedings, the legal basis for processing is compliance with a legal obligation.
The personal data collected (images) are accessed only by strictly authorized personnel and upon request by law enforcement. They are not transferred outside the European Union and are retained for a maximum of one month.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), every individual has the following rights regarding their personal data: the right to access images in which they appear, the right to rectification, the right to object, the right to restrict processing, and the right to erasure. These rights are not absolute and may be exercised by contacting the institution’s Data Protection Officer (DPO) at the following address : dpo@univ.smb.fr.
