From April 8 to September 2, 2023, the Galerie Eurêka, Centre de Culture Scientifique Technique et Industrielle (CCSTI) partner of the USMB, is organizing an exhibition entitled "Super Egaux, le pouvoir de l'égalité filles-garçons". As part of this exhibition, a café-débat "Entre midi & Science" on the theme of "Women: does history have a sex?" will take place on April 27, 2023 at 12:30 pm, at the Galerie Eurêka.
About the café-débat
Corinne Bonafoux, a lecturer in contemporary history at the Laboratoire Langages Littératures Sociétés Etudes Transfrontalières et Internationales (LLSETI) atuniversité Savoie Mont Blanc, will take part in this café-débate entitled "Entre midi & Science".
For a long time, the role of women was forgotten in the writing of history. Since the pioneering work of Georges Duby and Michelle Perrot, women's history has undergone a profound transformation to become a history of gender. What does this history tell us?
