National Solar Energy Days 2018

june 27, 2018 09:30 - June 28, 2018 18:00

The Journées Nationales de l'Énergie Solaire (National Solar Energy Days ) are organized from June 27 to 28, 2018 in Lyon by the Fédération de recherche sur l'énergie Solaire: FédESol (FR CNRS 3344). TheUniversité Savoie Mont Blanc and its Foundation are partners of this event.

This will be an opportunity to exchange views on scientific issues, technological challenges and economic models in fields as diverse as: knowledge of the solar deposit and optimization of collection, materials and components for energy conversion and storage (in its thermal, electrochemical or electrical forms), distributed or centralized production and storage through grid connection and/or conversion to other energy vectors, photo-processes, concentration and thermodynamic solar energy, solar buildings and cities, and so on.

This congress is aimed at doctoral students, researchers, engineers, company directors, competitiveness cluster managers and local authorities... to discuss a forward-looking, proactive vision of the development of the renewable energies sector, with a focus on solar energy.

The two days will provide an opportunity to present the state of the art in academic research and technological developments in these different fields, and to stimulate debate, create connections and encourage the emergence of projects between players.
