From April 8 to September 2, 2023, the Galerie Eurêka, Centre de Culture Scientifique Technique et Industrielle (CCSTI) partner of the USMB, is organizing an exhibition entitled "Super Egaux, le pouvoir de l'égalité filles-garçons". As part of this exhibition, a round-table discussion on the theme "What do neurosciences and social psychology have to say about gender equality? will take place on Saturday May 13 at 3pm, at the Galerie Eurêka.
About the round table
Why don't women have access to the same functions as men, or do they find it more difficult? The aim of this round table is to discuss the differences, or lack of differences, between women and men from a neuroscientific perspective. It is also an opportunity to discuss a number of social psychology concepts that explain these inequalities and differences in status.
The speakers
- Lauranne Jacob, from the "Lean in Network" movement in the Savoie region, who will lead the round-table discussion.
- Clémentine Bry, lecturer in social psychology at the Laboratoire Inter-universitaire de Psychologie (LIP/PC2S), co-supervised by UGA/USMB
- Marie Prévost, PhD in neuroscience and associate researcher at the president and founder of La Fabrique à Neurones
