About the meetings

These meetings are aimed at anyone concerned about their health, whether young or old, athletic or sedentary, in good health or suffering from medical conditions, with a job that involves a highly sedentary lifestyle or, conversely, one that is particularly demanding on the joints, or who simply wants to get back into physical activity. These meetings will provide an opportunity to attend a dozen mini-conferences, accessible to all audiences, given by professionals in the field.
