On Tuesday, December 5, the 4th EDF CIH Run will be held to benefit the Telethon, with the University of Savoie Mont Blanc serving as a partner.
Set aside your lunch break to join the event: run, walk, enjoy a crepe, have a coffee, or lend a hand… all for the Telethon!
About the EDF CIH Run
The EDF CIH Run is a charity run organized to benefit the AFM Telethon. Open to everyone—including students, employees, and organizations at Savoie Technolac—the EDF CIH Run is a friendly, group-started race held on the Savoie Technolac campus.
With no competitive element and no final rankings, the goal is simply to run or walk for a good cause in a friendly, sportsmanlike spirit. Regardless of your pace or the distance covered, the goal is simply to get active together for the Telethon during your lunch break (from 11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.).
- Start and finish in front of Le Plazza Café – two routes to choose from: a 400-meter loop and a 1.5-kilometer loop! Participants may complete the loop of their choice in any order, depending on the duration and distance they wish to cover.
- 4 group starts: 11:45 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 12:15 p.m., and 12:30 p.m.
The deadline for arrival is 1:00 p.m. so that all participants can have lunch and take part in the activities during the lunch break. - Pancakes, coffee, Telethon merchandise… everyone can join in!
- An event area will be set up at the start and finish line near Le Plazza cafeteria to raise as much money as possible!
All proceeds from this event will be donated to the AFM Telethon.
How do I register?
Online registration and payment on the day of the event.
The registration form is available at www.running-edf-cih.fr. There is a participation fee of €10 for employees and €5 for students. EDF will match the funds raised, and the full amount will be donated to the AFM Telethon.
On the day of the event, participants must confirm their registration by paying the participation fee in cash. A secure area will be available for them to store their belongings. Upon registration, each participant will receive:
- a T-shirt that must be worn during the race for insurance and safety reasons
- a refreshment voucher to be picked up at the end of the race
