ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
Modern life is becoming increasingly stressful, which can affect both emotional and physical well-being.
Some people may feel a loss of control over their lives, social isolation, or anxiety and depression. Among the various options for better managing stress, the CBSM program (Cognitive-Behavioral Stress Management), created about ten years ago, aims to increase self-awareness. It provides information on stress, its impact on chronic diseases, and the psychological reactions it can trigger, and offers various coping strategies.
