About the conference

With the advent of smartphones and artificial intelligence, we have all become creators of images in our daily lives. But how are these new tools transforming our perception of space and others?

Delve into a brief history of experimental cinema to understand how visual capture technologies continue to transform the way we see the world today. By immersing themselves in contemporary works (360°, virtual reality, AI), audiences no longer simply observe others from a distance: they allow themselves to be unsettled and disoriented by their presence. The challenge is to break free from the traditional framework to become a body situated among others, thereby making way for a unique sensory encounter.
