The conference "Mobility and carbon footprint: is teleworking the solution?", presented by Bérangère Legendre and Sarah Le Duigou, lecturers and researchers atthe Institute for Research in Management and Economics (IREGE) – Institut d’Administration des Entreprises (IAE Savoie Mont Blanc), will take place on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at La Turbine Cinéma, Rue de l’Arlequin, Cran-Gevrier, 74960 Annecy.
About the conference
Teleworking is often presented as an effective lever for influencing mobility behaviors and, consequently, reducing greenhouse gas emissions linked to commuting. Admittedly, in the short term, the widespread adoption of teleworking reduces the frequency of these journeys. But in the medium and long term, is this effect sustainable? With changes in our lifestyles and travel habits, the equation is not as straightforward as it seems.
