In front of nearly 400 people (family members, faculty members in academic robes, representatives from the professional world, and elected officials) that the 2017–2018 master’s and doctoral students of the USMB School of Law will receive their diplomas certifying five years of university study in law from President Denis Varaschin, as well as their academic gowns presented by Mr. Éric de Montgolfier, Honorary Attorney General, in the presence of Jean-François Dreuille, Dean of the Faculty of Law.
The graduation ceremony will also provide an opportunity for graduates and their families to attend a lecture by Mr. Éric de Montgolfier, titled “Law and Ethics.” The audience will also have the pleasure of hearing speeches from the valedictorians of each master’s program.
The School of Law would like to thank the city of Chambéry for generously providing the Manège. The evening—which is by invitation only—will conclude with a cocktail reception and will be a special occasion for the graduating students.
