The University of Savoie Mont Blanc (USMB) Business Club invites female students enrolled in technical and technological programs at USMB to apply for the "Women and Technology Award" organized by the Soroptimist association. This award was created to encourage and motivate young girls and women to pursue careers in male-dominated fields. Three prizes of €1,000 will be awarded to the best student applications, from CAP to engineering degrees; career changes will also be taken into account. The prizes will be awarded to the winners on Thursday, March 8, 2018, at the Simodec trade show in La Roche-sur-Foron, following a round table discussion on the theme "SMART WOMEN INDUSTRY:Women at the heart of industry, women at the heart of technology."
