ZÊTAS Summer School 2018

June 18, 2018, 9:00 a.m. - June 29, 2018, 5:00 p.m.

The Mathematics Laboratory (LAMA) of the University of Savoie Mont Blanc and the CNRS is organizing, from June 18 to June 29 on the Bourget-du-Lac campus, theSummer School on Motive Theory and Number Theory, at the intersection of several L-functions, zeta functions, polyzeta functions, and dynamic zeta functions.

Organized as part of the CNRS Thematic Schools, this initiative aims to bring together young researchers working on these topics, which are detailed in the mini-courses. These topics are closely related and often develop in parallel. The idea is to explore them in an interdisciplinary manner.

This school is part of the training initiatives supported by the GDR on the Structuring of Number Theory and the GDR on Singularities and Applications. It is primarily intended for doctoral students and early-career researchers. It is also open to students in their second year of a master’s program and to researchers and faculty members who wish to explore these topics.
