From March 8 to April 5, the "Plus d'égalité" (More Equality) Festival will take place on the campuses of the University of Savoie Mont Blanc (USMB) and at partner venues. The goal of the various events at this festival is to take the time to ask questions, accept confrontation, imagine solutions, and above all, reflect and debate together on issues of equality. USMB offers conferences, round tables, and meetings with artists and specialists who will question our representations of the relationship between women and men.
On Thursday, March 8, at 10:30 a.m., theround tablediscussion "Smart Women Industry – Women at the Heart of Industry, Women at the Heart of Technology" will be held in partnership with Eco Savoie Mont Blanc, the USMB Business Club, and thestudent associationIngénieurE au féminin de Polytech Annecy-Chambéry, with three €1,000 prizes awarded to female students with a project in the industry. This event is organized as part of the Simodec trade show, which will be held at Rochexpo in La Roche-Sur-Foron.
This roundtable discussion on women in management will give a voice to women who are thriving and succeeding in the male-dominated fields of industry and technology, bringing their talents for innovation and creativity to the table.
