The 28th edition of the Fête de la Science will take place from October 5 to 13, 2019, throughout France, under the theme “Telling the Story of Science, Imagining the Future.” Once again this year, this national event offers the public and the scientific community an opportunity to come together and discuss the various facets of science and technology in a fun and unconventional spirit.
COME MEET RESEARCHERS FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF SAVOIE MONT BLANC
Get hands-on, try things out, take part in lab tours, talk with researchers, learn about careers in research, and spark your interest in science! The Fête de la Science features thousands of free activities across France. During this event, science takes over public spaces, and researchers come to meet you.
For the University of Savoie Mont Blanc, the “Festival of Science” is an opportunity to raise awareness of its research areas and its role in society. Interacting with middle and high school students also helps to engage young audiences and foster an interest in science in general, as well as in scientific studies and careers.
