As part of the partnership between IAE Savoie Mont Blanc andthe Association Francophone de Supply Chain Management (AfrSCM), teachers from the University of Savoie Mont Blanc are invited to participate in the Tour de France serious games in Supply Chain Management day event on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at theIAE Savoie Mont Blanc premises on the Annecy campus.
This training day will give teachers the opportunity to discover the serious game "The Blue Connection," which trains students in best practices for transitioning a company's supply chain to a circular economy while increasing its profitability.
"You all know that reducing our carbon footprint requires changing our consumption habits and reducing the use of virgin raw materials in product manufacturing. But what impact will this have on our businesses and their supply chains? "The Blue Connection" will give you a taste of the challenges and opportunities involved in transforming a business into a profitable circular economy, through four key roles: Purchasing/Eco-design, Supply Chain /Operations, Finance, and Commerce. There is no single model for a circular economy, and the game will allow you to discover and test different ones, which you can then apply in your business. Experience the transition to a circular economy while remaining profitable!"
This training day is free for AfrSCM members. To participate free of charge, simply send an email to Jean-Robert COMPERAT, head of the Digital Sciences-Industrial Management Bachelor's program at IAE Savoie Mont Blanc, who will explain the registration process.
